1. Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the summit?
Yes.

For the safety of our staff, sponsors, vendors, and everyone planning to attend the Diverse Entrepreneurship Summit at the Speed Art Museum in Louisville KY 2022, please note you must be fully vaccinated or have a negative Antigen/PCR COVID test to attend.

2. Please read through the COVID-19 guidance to supplement–not replace—any state, local, or territorial health and safety laws, rules, and regulations for which gatherings must comply.
• You will be required to present proof of vaccination (ex: CDC vaccination card or state-approved digital app).
• Face coverings will be required for all guests and staff while in attendance at the event.
